Who we are

Digital Manager LLC is responsible for the information you send us. Our registered mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

When you contact us

Our email links open your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you include, and the message and attachments. We use this information to respond, discuss services and handle project or billing questions. Please do not send passwords or payment card details by email.

Email providers process messages as part of delivering and storing email. Information needed for an engagement may also form part of the project and billing records.

Browsing this website

This version has no contact form, checkout or file upload. We have not added advertising trackers or audience analytics to the website code.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from information you email us. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Keeping information

We retain correspondence and client records according to the needs of the inquiry or engagement and applicable accounting, legal and dispute-related requirements. There is no single retention period for every record. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymized.

We use Google Workspace for business email. Archiving a message in Gmail does not delete it. Relevant correspondence and attachments may also be kept with the client’s project records.

Service providers & international processing

Cloudflare and Google process information as part of providing hosting and business email services. Depending on the service, information may be processed in the United States and other countries. We do not promise storage in a single country. Their applicable service terms and privacy information describe their processing and international-transfer arrangements. Your choices

You can ask about, or request access to, correction or deletion of, information you have sent us by emailing contact@digitalmanager.tech. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability and a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Links to LinkedIn and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated when the website or its data practices change.
